Breakfast
1 Bowl Sprouts/1 Bowl Milk with Dalia
2 Bread Slices/1Egg
Lunch
2-3 Chapatis, 1 Bowl of Dal, Green Vegetables & Curd, 1 Bowl Rice
After Noon
1 Glass Milk + 1 Glass Fruit Juice
Dinner
2-3 Chapaties, 1 Bowl Green Vegetable, 1 Bow Dal, Meat, 1 Plate Salad
Night
1 Glass Milk
Note
Always drink filtered water & avoid drinking outside water during pregnancy.
