Refund & Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT

  • Girdhar Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. will make every effort to provide customers with facilities/gateways to pay the fee through various methods including credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), debit cards, cash cards, and internet banking.
  • It is understood and agreed by the User/Customer that the services will only commence after the money has been realized in the accounts of the Company in the case of online payments.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a services package that is listed at an incorrect price. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been processed via credit card. If payment has been processed, it will be credited back to your credit card account within 7-14 working days, and you will be duly notified by email.
  • It is understood and agreed by the User/Customer that payment mechanisms may be governed by separate agreements between the third parties providing such payment facilities and us.
  • We shall not be responsible for any malfunction or defect in any payment procedure. The responsibility for payment rests solely with the User/Customer.
  • Girdhar Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees for certain completed transactions using the services through the website or any other fees. We also reserve the right to alter any and all fees from time to time without notice.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation or non-confirmation of an appointment by Girdhar Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. for any reason, the consumer has the following options:

  1. Request rescheduling of the appointment, or
  2. Claim a refund of the payment, or
  3. The refund amount will be sent to the respective debit card/credit card/account from which the payment was made and will not be refunded by any other method.

If the consumer misses or cancels the appointment, they will not be entitled to any refund.

Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the Customer informs the Company within 6 hours from the time of booking. Cancellation fee of Rs. 15/- will be applicable to the total invoice amount. The Customer can contact us via email at girdharhospital@gmail.com for cancellation and refund requests.

The refund amount will be processed to the debit card/credit card/account from which the payment was made and will not be refunded by any other method.
